 The time change this spring makes it a little hard for me to wake up early. I feel more tired in the mornings for the first few days. My mood can be a bit grumpy until I adjust. I notice my productivity is lower at the start of the week. It also affects when I eat and go to bed. After a few days, my body gets used to the new schedule.
