American Lit

Prompt Response:  American Lit is a challenging class . We have a blog post due every day and had a quiz. As a student I'm good at staying on top of my work I always get my work done no matter how much time I have. I always finish assignments on time. One the challenges is taking tests because I am not a good test taker. I hope to get better by studying earlier and reviewing previous notes.

Summary: Today in class I did a quiz which I got a 100 on.

Reflection: Today I fully understood what a origin myth was.

What metaphor would you use to describe your own mind?

 I think my mind is a beehive. My mind buzzes with activity and thoughts. Each thought is like a little coave in a bigger bee hive. It feels very chaotic but deep down my brain knows what its doing. It doesnt look strucutred but deep down it is. Each bee or each part of my brain contributes to something bigger. My brain is a beehive. Summary: Today we read two more poems and analyised them. Reflection:I learned how to anaylisis a poem and how to use metaphors.
