 I was not in class for Lesson 10, but a vocabulary word that resonates with me is **resilient**. I saw this word in a passage while taking the SAT this weekend. Resilient means being able to stay strong and keep going when things are difficult. Studying for the SAT was challenging and sometimes stressful. I had to keep practicing even when the questions were hard. This word reminds me to keep trying and not give up on my goals.

What metaphor would you use to describe your own mind?

 I think my mind is a beehive. My mind buzzes with activity and thoughts. Each thought is like a little coave in a bigger bee hive. It feels very chaotic but deep down my brain knows what its doing. It doesnt look strucutred but deep down it is. Each bee or each part of my brain contributes to something bigger. My brain is a beehive. Summary: Today we read two more poems and analyised them.
