When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 I Start listening to music to relax. Take a few deep breaths to calm down. Go for a short walk to clear my  mind. Talk to a friend for support or do something fun like playing a game or drawing.I always try to  Remember that the bad mood will not last forever and it will go away at a certainn point of time in the day.
