 I loved chapter 1 it immersed me in the story and got me hooked. This chapter intoduced all the charchters and what was going on with the story. I also liked how it introduced important characters and gave a glimpse of Chris McCandless’s journey. The way author described the setting and events made everything feel real and interesting. It was impactful because it set the tone for the rest of the book and made the story feel serious and meaningful. Overall, Chapter 1 hooked my attention and made me excited to learn more about McCandless and his choices.
